Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You must have stage IV non-small cell lung cancer that has not been treated with systemic therapy before.
  • Your cancer must test negative for certain genetic changes like EGFR, ALK, or ROS1.
  • You need to be in good general health with an ECOG performance status of 0 or 1.
  • You cannot have had prior immunotherapy or certain other cancer treatments.
  • You must not have active or uncontrolled brain metastases, autoimmune diseases, or serious heart/lung conditions.
