Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have stage IV non-small-cell lung cancer (the most common type).
- Your tumor does not have certain gene changes (like EGFR, ALK, or ROS1) that can be treated with targeted pills.
- You have not had any prior treatment for your advanced lung cancer, except if you finished chemotherapy after surgery more than 6 months ago.
- You are generally in good health (able to do your daily activities) and your organs (like kidneys, liver, heart) are working well.
- You do not have untreated or active brain metastases, serious autoimmune diseases, or uncontrolled infections.
