Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with depression by at least 2 doctors, and your symptoms are currently moderate to severe (scored higher than 17 on a depression rating scale).
  • You have thoughts about suicide or self-harm (scored higher than 6 on a suicidal thinking scale).
  • You have some physical symptoms like pain, fatigue, or stomach issues related to your mood (scored higher than 5 on a physical symptom scale).
  • You have completed at least 5 years of education and are right-handed.
  • Your vision is normal or corrected with glasses/contacts.
