New brain stimulation for depression using task-based TI

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 50 years old, right-handed, and have at least 9 years of education.
  • You have been diagnosed with depression by a doctor using standard criteria.
  • Your depression symptoms are moderate to severe (score of 18 or more on a depression rating scale).
  • You are either new to depression medication or have been off any antidepressants for at least 2 weeks.
  • You are willing to sign a consent form and follow the study procedures.
  • You do not have other serious mental health conditions, suicidal thoughts, seizures, or metal implants in your body.
