Imaging to predict response to abemaciclib for advanced breast cancer

Who can take part
- You must have advanced breast cancer that has spread or cannot be removed with surgery.
- Your cancer must be hormone receptor-positive (ER+) and HER2-negative.
- You must have at least one tumor outside the liver that is at least 1.5 cm in size.
- If you are premenopausal, you must be on a GnRH agonist for at least 6 weeks before the special PET scan.
- You must not have taken abemaciclib for advanced disease or within 2 years of finishing it as part of earlier treatment.
