Who can take part
- You have moderate knee osteoarthritis.
- Your knee osteoarthritis is grade 2 or 3 on the Kellgren-Lawrence scale.
- Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18 and 35.
- You have low levels of antibodies against the study medicine's capsid.
- You have had pain relief from standard medications but still have moderate pain, with a WOMAC pain score of 8 or higher.
- You are willing to use effective birth control from screening through 52 weeks after the dose, and not donate sperm or eggs.
