Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with advanced (Stage IIIB or IV) non-small cell lung cancer that cannot be removed with surgery or treated with radiation.
  • Your tumor has lost the BRG1 protein (a change in the SMARCA4 gene), confirmed by a lab test.
  • You have not received any chemotherapy or other cancer treatment for your advanced lung cancer before.
  • You are in good enough health to be up and about (ECOG performance status 0 or 1).
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
  • Your blood tests show adequate organ function (kidney, liver, bone marrow).
