Who can take part

  • You have advanced (stage IIIB or IV) lung cancer that can't be removed with surgery or treated with radiation to cure it.
  • Your tumor has been tested and confirmed to lack the SMARCA4 gene (called SMARCA4-deficient).
  • You have not had any previous cancer treatment, like chemotherapy or targeted therapy, for your lung cancer.
  • You are 18 or older, able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1), and doctors expect you to live at least 3 more months.
  • You are willing to provide a sample of your tumor (either from a past biopsy or a new one) for extra testing.
  • Your blood counts, kidney, and liver function are within acceptable limits, and you don't have serious heart or other medical conditions.
