Who can take part

  • You have pneumonia from being on a ventilator.
  • Your infection is caused by Klebsiella, Acinetobacter, or Pseudomonas bacteria that are resistant to multiple drugs.
  • You are between 18 and 85 years old.
  • You or your legal guardian can give written permission to participate.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • Your oxygen needs are low to moderate and your blood pressure is stable.
