Long-term study of navenibart for hereditary angioedema

Hereditary Angioedema (HAE)

Who can take part

  • You must have been in the earlier STAR-0215-301 study and either completed it or left it after getting two doses and two months of follow-up.
  • You cannot have taken part in any other research drug study in the past 30 days.
  • You cannot have used ACE inhibitors or estrogen-containing medications (like birth control or hormone therapy) in the 30 days before screening.
  • You must not have a known allergy to any ingredient in navenibart.

This study checks if a blood test measuring C1-inhibitor function can help diagnose hereditary angioedema (HAE), a rare condition that causes painful swelling episodes. If you or a close family member have had swelling without rash or itching that lasts 1-5 days and doesn't get better with allergy meds, this trial may be for you.
