Who can take part

  • You have a diagnosis of depression.
  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • Your depression symptoms are at least moderate in severity (scores on questionnaires will confirm).
  • You do not have serious memory or thinking problems.
  • You have not had a head injury that caused unconsciousness for more than 1 hour.
  • You have not had alcohol or drug abuse in the past 3 months.
