Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 25 and 30 (overweight range).
  • You have taken a GLP-1 medication (like Ozempic, Wegovy, or Mounjaro) for more than 3 months but less than 1 year.
  • You stopped taking that GLP-1 medication no more than 4 weeks ago.
  • You are willing to keep your diet and exercise habits stable and avoid any new supplements (especially probiotics) during the study.
  • You do not have serious health conditions (such as cancer, type 1 diabetes, or inflammatory bowel disease) and have not had weight-loss surgery.
