Who can take part

  • You have pain mainly on the inner side of your knee that has not improved after at least 3 to 6 months of other treatments.
  • You can bend your knee at least 90 degrees and straighten it almost fully.
  • Your knee is stable (not loose or giving way).
  • X-rays show arthritis only on the inner part of your knee, with the outer part still healthy.
  • You are generally healthy overall, with no major medical conditions that would make surgery risky.
