  • No dementia diagnosis (you must have normal thinking and memory for your age)
  • At least 6 years of formal education
  • Stable medications for any psychiatric conditions for the past month
  • Able to give consent in English or French
  • Not taking certain sleep aids (like benzodiazepines) more than twice a week
  • Not pregnant or breastfeeding
