  • You are between 18 and 40 years old.
  • You do not have a sleep disorder or a mental health condition that requires treatment.
  • You do not have a medical condition like asthma, epilepsy, or liver disease that could make the study risky.
  • You are not pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding.
  • You are not taking any medications that affect brain function, such as sedatives or stimulants.
  • You are willing to avoid alcohol, grapefruit juice, and driving for 24 hours after the study visit.
