Study of ALN-SNCA for early Parkinson's disease

Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease within the last 4 years.
  • You either are not taking any Parkinson's medication, or you have been on a stable dose of medication for at least 3 months.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is 35 or less.
  • You do not have any other serious medical condition that could affect the study results (like heart, lung, liver, or kidney disease).
  • You are able to have a lumbar puncture (spinal tap) and an MRI safely.
