  • You are 18 years or older and willing to join the study.
  • You have a bow-legged (varus) knee with arthritis in the inner knee compartment.
  • You have not had open surgery on that knee before.
  • Your arthritis is not severe enough to need a total knee replacement.
  • You do not have serious health problems like uncontrolled diabetes or rheumatoid arthritis.
