Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 79 years old.
  • You must have tried at least 3 different types of myeloma treatments and your cancer got worse during or within 60 days of your last treatment.
  • You need to have measurable disease, meaning specific protein levels in your blood or urine that can be tracked.
  • You must be in generally good health, with enough kidney, liver, heart, and lung function. Your doctor will check this with blood tests and scans.
  • You cannot have certain other medical conditions like active infections, HIV, hepatitis B or C, or a history of severe autoimmune disease.
