Studying a vibration mat for better sleep and recovery

Healthy Adult Male and Female Volunteers

  • You are 18 to 45 years old.
  • You are generally healthy without unstable heart, brain, or mental health conditions.
  • You can lie down on a mat for 15 minutes and use a heart rate monitor.
  • You are willing to avoid caffeine, alcohol, and hard exercise for 24 hours before each lab visit.
  • You are not taking medications that affect your heart or sleep (like beta-blockers or sleep aids).
  • You have not used vibration therapy extensively before.
