Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have had trouble falling asleep for more than 3 months but less than 3 years, at least 3 times a week.
  • You are able to use a smartphone to follow the study instructions and fill out questionnaires.
  • You are not currently taking any sleep medication or participating in other sleep therapies.
  • You do not work night shifts or rotating shifts.
  • You do not have other sleep disorders (like sleep apnea), certain neurological disorders, or substance abuse issues.
