Who can take part

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must have newly diagnosed B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia that is Philadelphia chromosome negative (Ph-negative).
  • Your kidneys, liver, and heart must be functioning well enough, based on blood tests and heart imaging.
  • You cannot have certain brain or nervous system conditions like seizures, stroke, or serious brain injury.
  • You cannot have active or uncontrolled infections, HIV, or chronic hepatitis B or C.
  • You cannot have had prior chemotherapy for this leukemia, except for a few specific pre-treatments.
