Who can take part
- You are 18 or older
- Your leukemia has come back or not responded to 1 or 2 prior treatments
- Your leukemia cells are CD19-positive and Philadelphia chromosome-negative
- You weigh at least 45 kg (about 99 lbs)
- Your overall health is good (ECOG score 0-2) and major organs (liver, kidneys, heart) are working well
- You have not had certain prior treatments recently (like CAR-T or antibody therapy) that failed or relapsed too quickly
