Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with prostate cancer that has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic).
  • Your cancer has gotten worse while on or after taking a hormone therapy like abiraterone, enzalutamide, apalutamide, or darolutamide.
  • You have a fresh tumor biopsy that shows high levels of a protein called STAT5 (this test is part of the screening process).
  • You have not taken a JAK2 inhibitor (like pacritinib) before.
  • You are in generally good health (able to do your daily activities, with good heart, liver, kidney, and blood function).
