Who can take part
- You must have a type of bone marrow cancer, such as myelofibrosis, polycythemia vera, or essential thrombocytosis.
- You should have at least 2 moderate-to-severe symptoms (like fatigue, night sweats, or belly pain) or a high total symptom score.
- You must have tried a JAK2 inhibitor (like ruxolitinib) for at least 12 weeks and it didn't work, or you developed a new enlarged spleen during treatment.
- You need to be 18 or older and have a good performance status (able to do daily activities with some help if needed).
