Testing NRX-101 with TMS for treatment-resistant depression

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with major depressive disorder and it has not improved after trying at least two different antidepressants.
  • You are about to start transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) for the first time.
  • You have a caregiver who can support you during the study.
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or able to become pregnant and using effective birth control.
  • You are not taking certain medications or have certain medical conditions (like unstable diabetes, heart disease, or a history of seizures).
