Who can take part

  • Age 50–75 years old
  • Have biomarker evidence of Alzheimer's disease (from blood test, brain scan, or spinal fluid test)
  • Score 0.5 or 1.0 on a dementia rating scale (mild cognitive impairment or mild dementia)
  • Score 21 or higher on a memory and thinking test
  • Able to have MRI scans and no metal implants (pacemakers, metal plates, etc.)
  • On stable doses of memory medications (if taking any) for at least 6 weeks before screening
