This study compares two robotic devices (the LoKomat exoskeleton and the C-Mill treadmill) to see which one helps people walk better after a stroke. If you are recovering from a stroke and able to understand instructions, you may be able to join.

Who can take part
- You have had a stroke (either from a blocked blood vessel or bleeding in the brain) that was diagnosed by a specialist.
- You are able to understand the study and give your signed permission to take part.
- You do not have severe memory or thinking problems (a score of 24 or higher on a standard thinking test).
- You have no other brain injury or neurological disease (such as a head injury, Parkinson's, or multiple sclerosis).
- You do not have other conditions that make walking difficult, like severe arthritis.
- You do not have any medical reason that prevents you from using robotic walking devices.
