Who can take part

  • You have had trouble getting pregnant or carrying a baby, and a test has shown abnormal natural killer (NK) cells in your menstrual blood.
  • You want to become pregnant now.
  • Your ovaries are working normally, or if you have early ovarian aging, you have at least 2 high-quality frozen embryos ready for transfer.
  • Your womb lining (endometrium) is at least 7 mm thick around the time of ovulation, checked by ultrasound.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18 and 28.
  • You are willing to follow the study's check-up schedule.
  • You are not taking any medications that block progesterone, and you do not have severe endometriosis, fibroids, or other major uterine conditions.
  • You have no uncontrolled autoimmune or hormone disorders, no history of cancer, and you are not allergic to blood products.
