  • You are between 12 and 24 years old
  • You have moderate mental distress (K6 score over 10)
  • You have trouble sleeping (score above 7 on the sleep questionnaire)
  • You can understand instructions in Chinese
  • You don't have a serious psychiatric diagnosis, learning disability, or substance abuse problem
  • You are not currently at risk of suicide
