Who can take part
- You are of Japanese ethnicity and between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have chronic (long-term) liver disease that is mild to moderate (Child-Pugh Class A or B).
- If you do not have liver disease, you must have a body mass index (BMI) between 18.5 and 35.
- Your kidney function must be good enough (eGFR above 45 if you have liver disease, or above 60 if you have normal liver function).
- You have not had liver surgery or a liver transplant, and you have not had severe confusion related to liver disease.
