Who can take part

  • You have a type of B-cell lymphoma that is newly diagnosed and has not been treated yet.
  • Your lymphoma cells have a protein called CD20 on their surface (your doctor can tell you this).
  • Your IPI score (a risk score for your lymphoma) is 2, 3, 4, or 5.
  • You are able to do your daily activities with little or no help (ECOG score 0, 1, or 2).
  • You have at least one measurable tumor (bigger than about half an inch).
  • Your heart, liver, kidneys, and blood cell counts are working well enough (tests will check this).
