Who can take part

  • Your child is between 4 and 12 years old.
  • Your child had surgery for a broken elbow (supracondylar fracture) and has metal pins (K-wires) in place.
  • Your child does not have a genetic syndrome (like Down syndrome).
  • Your child has no vision or learning problems that would make it hard to watch a video.
  • Your child has not had any complications (like infection or nerve issues) before the pin removal appointment.
  • The pin removal will be done without general anesthesia (your child will be awake).
