Who can take part
- Diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer (confirmed by biopsy or cell sample)
- At least one brain tumor measuring between 1.0 and 3.5 centimeters that doctors say is safe to treat with radiation
- Good overall health (able to do light activity; ECOG score 0–1)
- Adequate blood counts, kidney function, and liver function based on recent blood tests
- No previous immunotherapy treatment (with rare exceptions for older adjuvant therapy)
- Able to undergo contrast-enhanced brain MRI scan
