Who can take part

  • Be age 18 or older when you sign consent
  • Have non-small cell lung cancer confirmed by tissue testing
  • Have brain metastases but not feeling sick from them (asymptomatic)
  • Your lung cancer test must be negative for EGFR, ALK, or ROS1 gene changes
  • Have 1 to 4 brain metastasis spots, with the largest spot no bigger than 4 cm
  • You must be able to take chemotherapy (no known contraindications) and you cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding
