Who can take part

  • You must be at least 18 years old and diagnosed with peripheral neuropathy (nerve damage) that affects feeling in your feet.
  • You should have trouble with walking or balance, confirmed by a short test like the Functional Gait Assessment or standing on one leg for less than 30 seconds.
  • You must be able to walk on your own without a walker or cane.
  • You cannot have any open wounds, infections, or serious skin issues on your lower legs or feet.
  • You must be willing to come to weekly visits and use the device at home for the study.
