Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You are generally fit and able to do daily activities
  • You have a benign thyroid nodule causing symptoms like pressure or cosmetic issues, OR an overactive (hot) nodule with abnormal thyroid hormone levels
  • Your nodule has at least 20% solid tissue (not just fluid)
  • If your nodule is not hot, a biopsy shows it is benign (Bethesda II)
