Who can take part
- You have had two needle biopsies that show your thyroid nodule is not cancer.
- The nodule is causing you bothersome symptoms, cosmetic concerns, or you worry it's growing or could become cancer.
- You are not able to have surgery or you choose not to have surgery.
- You are willing to come back for follow-up visits for at least one year.
- You do not have vocal cord paralysis on the opposite side of your neck or a history of radiation to the head or neck.
