Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have vertigo or dizziness that might be from an inner ear or brain issue.
  • Your vision is at least 20/40 in each eye (with glasses if needed).
  • You have not taken dizziness medications (like Valium or Benadryl) in the past 24 hours.
  • You do not have a history of seizures from flashing lights or severe motion sickness from wearing a headset.
