SYH2070 injection safety study for high triglycerides and high cholesterol

Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 60 years old.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) must be between 19 and 30, and you must weigh at least 110 pounds (men) or 99 pounds (women).
  • Your fasting triglycerides must be between 150 and 500 mg/dL, and your LDL cholesterol must be between 70 and 190 mg/dL.
  • You cannot have taken any medications or supplements that change cholesterol (like statins, fish oil, or fibrates) within at least 30 days before dosing.
  • You must be generally healthy, without serious medical conditions, recent major surgery, or infections like hepatitis or HIV.
  • You must be willing to keep your diet and exercise habits stable during the study.
