Who can take part
- Age 18 or older
- Fasting triglycerides between 150 and 499 mg/dL (1.7 to 5.6 mmol/L)
- Fasting LDL cholesterol of 100 mg/dL (2.6 mmol/L) or higher
- On a stable medium- or high-dose statin for at least 4 weeks, with or without other lipid-lowering medications
- Body mass index (BMI) between 18.5 and 40.0
- No uncontrolled high blood pressure, serious heart conditions, or recent major heart events
- No history of pancreatitis, certain cancers, or active infections that could interfere
