This trial tests a new investigational medicine (SYH2053) for people with high cholesterol or mixed hyperlipidemia who are already on cholesterol-lowering therapy but still have high levels of 'bad cholesterol' (LDL-C). The goal is to see if this add-on treatment can help lower cholesterol further and reduce heart disease risk.
This study tests a new injection called SYH2053 for people with HeFH, a genetic condition that causes very high cholesterol. It looks at whether the injection can safely lower LDL cholesterol when added to standard statin therapy.
This study tests a new injectable medication called HST101 for lowering cholesterol in people who are already taking cholesterol pills but still have high levels. It may help if you have heart disease or are at high risk.
This Phase 3 study tests whether JS002 alone can lower LDL “bad” cholesterol in people whose levels are still too high for their heart-risk level. It will also check how safe the treatment is, especially for heart and metabolic side effects.
This trial tests an investigational injection called SYH2062 in healthy adults to see if it's safe. It helps researchers understand how the drug affects the body before testing in patients.
This trial tests an investigational injection called SYH2070 to lower cholesterol and triglycerides in people who are already on a stable statin therapy. It may be a new option for those with mixed hyperlipidemia who need additional lipid control.
