Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older and weigh at least 40 kg (about 88 lbs)
- You have a genetic diagnosis or clear clinical diagnosis of homozygous familial hypercholesterolemia (the severe inherited form, not the milder heterozygous form)
- Your cholesterol (LDL-C) remains elevated even with stable cholesterol-lowering medications
