Who can take part
- You have carotid artery stenosis (narrowing of the carotid arteries in your neck).
- You are scheduled for a carotid procedure (endarterectomy or stenting) as part of your standard care.
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You do not have any bleeding disorders, severe liver disease, or recent major surgery or stroke (within the last 12 months).
- You are able to understand and sign the consent form.
