Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have advanced non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer that cannot be cured with surgery or radiation.
- Your tumor does not have certain gene changes (like EGFR, ALK, ROS1, NTRK, BRAF, MET, KRAS, HER2, or RET) that are known to respond to other targeted therapies.
- Your cancer grew after your first treatment which included platinum-based chemotherapy and an immunotherapy drug (anti-PD-1 or anti-PD-L1).
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
- You are in good enough health to perform daily activities (ECOG 0 or 1) and expected to live at least 12 weeks.
- You have adequate organ and bone marrow function (checked by blood tests).
