Sac-TMT with Avastin for EGFR-mutant lung cancer with brain metastases

Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 80 years old.
  • You must have non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer with an EGFR mutation (exon 19 deletion or L858R).
  • Your cancer must have worsened while on or after a third-generation EGFR-targeted pill (like osimertinib).
  • You must have at least one brain metastasis that is at least 5 mm and has not been treated with radiation or surgery.
  • You must be in good general health (ECOG 0-1) and have adequate organ function.
