Neoadjuvant therapy for PIK3CA-mutated, HER2+ early breast cancer

Who can take part

  • You have a new diagnosis of HER2-positive breast cancer that has not been treated yet.
  • Your tumor has a PIK3CA gene mutation (tested locally).
  • Your breast tumor is at stage cT1b to cT3 and can be measured by ultrasound or MRI.
  • You are 18 years or older, with good performance status (ECOG 0-1).
  • Your heart function is normal (LVEF above 55%) and you have adequate blood counts and liver/kidney function.
  • You are willing to use effective contraception if of childbearing potential.
