  • You are a woman between 40 and 65 years old
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is over 25 (meaning you are overweight or have obesity)
  • You have not taken any sirtuin activator supplements in the past 3 months
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
  • You are not currently on a diet, and you have not had weight-loss surgery
  • You are not taking medications for obesity, diabetes, or high cholesterol
  • You do not have diabetes, cancer, chronic kidney/liver/autoimmune disease, or alcohol addiction
