Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have small cell lung cancer that has spread or cannot be removed and has returned or not improved after at least one earlier treatment that included platinum chemotherapy.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
- You are in good enough health to perform light activities (ECOG score 0 or 1) and have a life expectancy of at least 12 weeks.
- You have a tumor sample (from a past biopsy or a new one) that can be checked for certain markers (DLL3, CD56, and GD2).
- If you can become pregnant, you must have a negative pregnancy test and use effective birth control during the study.
