  • You are between 8 and 15 years old.
  • You have elbow stiffness or limited movement after an injury.
  • Your elbow pain is at least a 3 out of 10 on a pain scale.
  • You can follow instructions and do physical activities.
  • You have no other major health issues affecting your elbow (like burns or nerve problems).
