Who can take part

  • You have advanced or spread non-small cell lung cancer that is not squamous type.
  • Your tumor has a specific change in the KRAS gene called G12C.
  • You can provide a tumor sample from a previous biopsy or a new one.
  • You have recovered from side effects of past treatments (except for mild nerve issues or hormone problems).
  • You have not had prior cancer treatment for advanced or metastatic disease.
  • You do not have certain other serious health conditions, like active heart disease or severe eye problems.
