This study is testing a Turkish version of a questionnaire that asks stroke survivors about their treatment experiences and how well they manage their own health at home. Your answers will help make sure the questionnaire works well for Turkish-speaking patients, which can improve care after a stroke.

Who can take part
- You have had a stroke (either from a blocked vessel or bleeding in the brain).
- You have been home from the hospital for at least 1 month.
- You are between 18 and 80 years old and live in the community (not in a hospital or care facility).
- You can read, write, and communicate in Turkish well enough to answer questions.
- You do not have severe language or thinking problems that would prevent you from answering questions, and you do not have a terminal illness or major psychiatric condition.
